OUR VISION

We at Safety 1st Pro Services (S1PS) believe in just that, the ideology where no matter the circumstance, safety comes first. Founder Elisangela Silva established the company with that belief in mind and has instilled this into our workforce. With well over 20 years of experience combined, we have impacted dozens of jobsites and continue to only uphold the highest quality of supervision. In addition to this, the team continues to teach the proper methods of safety in their classes in order to better facilitate a brighter future for safety on the job.

The greater the investment cost, the higher the risk of loss. This is why we put a huge focus on the highest quality of service for our companies. This enables us to thrive together and reach our ultimate goal of safety culture in the work site. Safety 1st Pro Services believes in facilitating a work environment for our people to be prepared for any and all circumstances while in the field. We ensure every employee is certified for every position and regularly perform periodic refresher courses to maintain their qualifications and state of readiness.

Not only do we consistently vet our own employees, but we encourage an atmosphere where they evaluate their surroundings to ensure the safety of everyone around them as well as themselves. Our company institutes a no excuse policy for violations and instills within our workforce the belief that in no circumstance is a person’s safety second to anything else.

Elisangela Silva, Owner and Founder of Safety 1st Pro Services

In the world we live in, where viruses and plagues spread like wildfires and preventable accidents cause mass casualties, we truly need to open our eyes and realize just how crucial safety procedures are. Whether it be just a simple hand washing procedure or making sure flammable materials are separated from potential ignition sources, every step of safety is to be held to the highest standards. Therefore, I continually strive to further my education and expand the diversity of my experiences with the objective of increasing my expertise as a safety professional.

I have established an effective technical and management safety background while working side by side with major industries worldwide. Some of these companies include Tesla, Amazon, General Electric, Salesforce, Microsoft, Exxon Mobile, and many more. I have experience in health and safety program management, hazardous waste management, safety instructing, safety training, safety audits, risk management, on-site safety management and high-volume employee management. I also have extensive experience in safety management in heavy construction environments and within federal projects. By overseeing the safety aspects of all areas within Safety 1st Pro Services, and with our clients, we can all take what is going on in the world today, learn from it, and apply it towards tomorrow.
